The Grinnell Makers group will meet on the second Saturday of March (the 11th) from 2pm-4pm in the community room. Individuals of all ages who are interested in exploring various skills and technologies relating to creating, building, and designing are encouraged to attend. Every meeting includes an open invitation to show and share about projects you are working on or looking to find a way to work on, i.e. I’d like help learning this skill.
This month, in addition, the library will make available materials to explore and create paper circuit projects. Most people are familiar with paper circuits as they appear in greeting cards that have flashing lights or sound. Come to Makers and learn how to create your own projects with paper circuits. We hope to build on this technology to create some larger interactive displays in the future.
